Giovanni Sartori (2011). Cómo hacer ciencia política. Lógica, método y lenguaje en las ciencias sociales. Madrid: Taurus
Abstract
In this book, the Italian political scientist Giovanni Sartori insists on the need in the social sciences for concepts, terms and categories with a widely agreed, clear and precise meaning. For the author, having one's own specialised language is the pillar on which all scientific disciplines must be based. Therefore, before opting for "call it what you will" or drowning in a sea of data, political scientists and sociologists must try to determine what we are talking about. Only then can we move forward as scientific disciplines.Downloads
