Evolution in employment situation of Moroccan women

Abstract

This article analyzes the employment situation of Moroccan women: from the first half of the twentieth century to the early two thousand. The employment situation of Moroccan women has known remarkable progress -especially with the incorporation, more and more of women to the world of work- thanks to changes that isknowing the social reality of these women. However, obstacles such as gender and the disparity field/City continue presenting major challenges for society and the Moroccan State, and prevent its full employment.
